Is this Tom Hughes?

I'm presuming this is Tom Hughes and family
Will someone confirm
Who is the lady in the habit?

Lesley from Worthing has answered this question which would be impossible to answer for any modern Hughes.

Lady in the habit must have been Jean Gertrude Lamb, sister of Tom Hughes’ first wife Eleanor Lamb.
